Called me about my vehicle when i don’t even drive

Asking for verification of my grandmother's name, address, Medicare number and social security number. Very persistent that they need the information.

First they speak Spanish, they want to send me a permanent plastic Medicare card, they already know my name and address and date of birth, then they ask me for my Medicare number and I did not give it to them. Caller: Medicare (they said health insurance Medicare)
