I was recently called about purchasing an Alarm System from Security One.  At first I was very reluctant to speak to them since I normally don't deal with telemarketers but the person was very nice and respectful so I gave them a ****.  I was a customer of ADT but with the lower rates and the lifetime service I was offered it was a no ***iner.  I switched 6 months ago and it was a great decision.  Thank you Security One.

Caller says that he is from Honeywell, and they made the components to our ADT security system.They want to sell us a cheaper system.have called twice...same hispanic voice with thick accent.They are very persistent on the phone and keep trying to sell you...we ***g up after refusing to give them any time or information.

called close to 9pm on a sa****ay night and didn't say anything after I picked up.

Got a call from this number so called ADT and they said they've gotten a number of complaints about the same call.  They are looking for info about the callers and they will forward that info to their legal department.

Called @ 6:15 P.M. - Claimed that they were representing Honeywell - offered lifetime warranty and "free" service on my 25 year old alarm system. Very hard to understand due to accent & breath on microphone.Had no information about my account or system. Wanted to set up an appointment for a "free" inspection and service call. Sounds like a scam or at least a "bait and switch" sales plan for a new system.QUESTION Why would Honeywell or any reputable company use cell phone for sales calls?

Same here- they called at 7:45 stating they were now handling my security systems maintenence and needed to schedule an on site maintenence. I ***g up and called the security co. right away.

call and do not say a thing.  Very annoying.

B.S. company, said they represent ADT's "equipment maker" and wanted to "replace the battery and check the equipment". When I questioned them about the irregularity of the call, the****h*le ***g up. They called at 8:30pm at night. Called ADT to report the scam and San Diego Police.

The call in the afternoons, no one answers when I pick up.

www.phonedetective.com has the number listed as a business out of Irvine, Ca. but does not have and address or name.

Same thing - call repeatedly - no messages left - they **** up when I answer.

Called me too... saying Honeywell alarm is no longer supported by ADT call centers, but they would lower my rate. What a scam -

They called to sell me a new security system monitoring service. Said they represented Honeywell. I told them no and take me off their call list.Received another call later that evening, left no message.Received another call the next day, I picked up and said "Hello." They didn't respond at all, then it clicked off after about 20 seconds.

they call at least four times a day, I dont answer and they dont leave message.
