I called 866-246-7196 and it worked to stop the phone calls. It's a do not call service for a small number of clients that call consumers. You give them the caller's number so they can verify it on their list of numbers and your receiving number so they can have it removed from the caller's list.
Caller ID read: "MOD DEPT". I also got a call a month ago from 760-655-3022 that showed "MOD DEPT" as the Caller ID.
Left no message.
