STATES HE IS FROM THE STATE INVESTIGATOR OFFICE AND CHARGES HAVE BEEN BROUGHT A***NST ME.  THE NAME HE GIVES IS PATRICK BELL.  STATE THAT A SETTLEMENT OF 890.00 CAN BE DONE IF SETTLED OUT OF COURT, IF NOT THE SETTLEMENT IS 2390.  CALLED OVER 20 TIMES WITHIN LAST 5 DAYS.  I AM NOT PAYING ANYTHING I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG.
