I have been reciving calls from this number for a couple of weeks now stating that i owe money for a cash advance that i had taken out online well i havent taken any cash advances online ever a eddie smith said that i owed $800 + dollars and if it went to court it would be over $4000 dollars everyone on this line had a heavy indian accent and are rude low lifes who like to use scare tatics and elaborate scam designs to scare hard working americans out of our hard earned cash if you ever recicve a call like this just **** up and try to contact the mother company they are apperantly representing. and contact send the number to the FBI fraud taskforce

I've gotten several calls from this guy.  Sounds like he's from India or ****stan.  He thinks I'm somebody else and says that a friend of "mine" has used my iden***y to obtain credit, and that I need to call back and straighten it out.  Whenever I try to call back to tell him he has the wrong guy, I can never get through.

I have received calls from this company at the following numbers: 530-776-5914, 516-262-4194, 646-626-5543, 3263-863-9802, 866-952-0141. They have given names like; Tony Richards, Shane Wilson, Percy Jackson (personal favorite). The only time they gave a company name it was, US Law Investigation Dept. The message is the same every time and no matter whether or answer the phone and tell them that they have the wrong number or tell them anything that would make a "normal" company stop calling they still call. I have reported them to the FTC several times and they just call from another number. They call me at my job and on my cell phone. The company, I am****uming, is international which means that without the actually company information there really is not anyway to track them. They have even called other people in my family trying to threaten them to get them to pay whatever debt they are trying to collect. They won't even tell you who the creditor is.

i received a call from these people and they had hacked all of my information.  A lawsuit was threatened and a phoney address to wire money to was given.  I contacted the creditor who said they had no idea who these people are and to send them nothing.   as expected it is an elaborate scam.  I have given the company the number 424-258-1984 for future avoidance.
