Lou...if you get back to this site...please tell me what they are telling you because i am very scared abouyt this whole sitaution.  i dontk now what to do.

Yes Yes...i received a call from these people for the past month now...and surprsingly they have all of my information somehow.  i did have a payday loan LONG time ago...but i dont think its this one and they knw so much, but it cant be true because i dont remember having any laons or whatsoever...and i dont know wht this is...but this is very annoying.  he doesnt speak very good enlgish, he is indian or so****ing and his grammer is horrible.  I already paid them, dont know why, but the scared the **** out of me...what to do?

Caller had heavy accent and said his name was Jack Brown with the US Law Enforcement Department.   He left a  message on my answering ma****e for the third time in several months.  I have not responded to his calls but this is very annoying.  He said the issue was extremely time sensitive and not to disregard the message.  He said "if you do not return the call all I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you."

Caller who barely spoke English stated he was with the U.S. Law Enforcement Department and was calling because my information appeared in a case file concerning a relative. Caller gave the phone number 424-354-4270 and instructed me to call.  Caller warned not to disregard calling back and stated if I did not call back he wished me luck with things as the events unfolded in this case.

THEY C****ED "COMPANY" NAMES AND NOW THEY CALL AND HAVE A RECORDING TALK FIRST   IF YOUR VM SYSTEM PICKS IT UP YOU HEAR THEM SAYING "HELLO*****O " A FEW TIMES BEFORE ****ING UP.  THE RECORDING SAYS " WILL BE USED FOR THOSE PURPOSES"  WHEN YOU HEAR THAT THEY ARE HOPING THAT YOU ARE WONDERING WHAT THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE WAS AND THINK YOU ARE IN SOME KIND OF TROUBLE.  THEY HOPE YOU THINK YOU ARE IN TROUBLE SO THEY CAN INTIMIDATE YOU INTO GIVING THEM MONEY THAT YOU DON'T EVEN OWE THEM.  THESE S*** HAVE A LAND LINE SO THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD JUST GO ARREST THEM.

I work for a pain mgmt facility and received this call on my new patient line as well.  I was concerned that someone would be in trouble, so i attempted to return the call, but only reached an automated recording asking me to leave a message.

same thing they called a friend of mine saying there us law enforcement and they needed to get in contact with me and i have never heard from them my self personally why call a friend if from us law enforcement and not me what you couldnt find my number

I CALLED THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND THEY SAY THEY ARE SURE IT IS A SCAM TOO.  THESE CRIMINALS BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND C****E THEIR PHONE NUMBER EVERY FEW DAYS TOO.

Guy said that he was from the U.S. Law enforcement.  I think it's a scam.

Sometimes they claim they are from a non-existent American Bankers****oc  and other times they say they are calling from U.S. Law Enforcement (which also is a fic***ious organization).  It is nothing but a criminal organization made up of foreigners opperating out of Los Angeles.
