Yes****ay I revieved a call from a Kevin Patterson telling me I was beind sued for a loan from instant cash and I needed to be in court with my attorney at 11:00am. He really made me angry. There were many things he said that let me know he was lying. The phone number he have now I got during the summer and my references just got a phone as well. He told me this number and references were put on my loan application at the beginning of the year when I got the loan. I called my bank where he told me the funds were deposited and then call instant cash. The bank saw nothing deposited in the last year into my account only ftom my employer. Instant cash said I never recieved a loan. After calling Kevin back he said I needed to fly out to California from Texas so I could go to court and it would cost $9,000 and if I didnt show up to court I would face prison time. I got tired of him so I called and reported him to the Federal Trade Commission.

These clown s***s called me today with this nonsense!! not my first time dealing with them. The first time they called me from 810-676-6161, this time they called me from 424-354-4292. I told them that I am tired of thier scam and to go F*ck themselves. I then proceeded to call them four times in a row, they ***g up on me each time, the fourth time I called I said "doesn't feel good to be harrased does it?" Mr. Roger gibbs was the name that they gave me this time, last time it was Joe Brown.

THIS WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT!! I have had a few run-ins with these dorks. I finally got sick of thier BS, so I decided to have a little fun. I called hadji back after he left a message on my cell stating that it was a time sensetive matter and that he wished me good luck. I stayed on the phone with this guy for almost a half an hour before he would give me the fax number. He thought I was faxing over a hand written statment saying that I would pay them $954.37 today, instead he got a hand written letter that said: **** ON THIS, GO F*UCK YOURSELF!!! it was totally worth the long phone conversation to be able to make them feel ******!! thier fax number is 888-691-3164, I waited for him to come back from checking the fax ma****e, needless to say he was not pleased!! ****OOO!!!!!!!

alledged attorney office..they are threatening to sue me...they dont act like attorney..they give no attorney name when they call you..and when iasked for the lawyers name they ***g up on me..i gettin an attorney an looking into it..they stateed they gave me an internet loan which it the biggest line of bs.
