It is allegedly a spam number attempting to retrieve your voice for purposes of authenticating as you. When I was called they do not answer and **** up after a few seconds if you do not reply. I wouldn’t answer the call and if you do, you shouldn’t respond with your voice. If any government en***y says they are trying to reach you, you should contact them through their official line.
