The person is speaking about myself and a family member who has no legal ties to me. They also told me they were from Joseph Coleman and****ociates. They said they were dealing with matter in my county. If you look the phone up it is a Malibu, CA number. WHATEVER!!!

Look like Richard is calling a lot of people. He just called me on my Credit card bill and told me to "Stop playing this **** game". They are a collection agency that is trying to scared you into paying some very old bills you might have not paid in the pass. What is going on is this bill is about to drop off your credit so these company buy the loan for pennies on the dollar and try to collect. If you paid great they make money if you don’t pay they just lost 20 or 30 bucks on a 800 loan. What they don’t tell you if you do paid the bill it will be on your credit for 7 more years. Best thing is not to pay them and put them out of business. If it has been more than 6 years they are not going to come sue you for even credit card bill. The Credit Card place already wrote your bad debt as a off as a business lost. I got all this info because I use work in a collection agency.

A mean/rude man named Richard Scott looking for a person (Don't know) or is a dead realative.  Called from # 424-644-6654.  Would not give any info but was harrassing and said needed to send a certified letter back as it was returned.  I have no real clue about any of this, but it really is upsetting as my # was unlisted, and how did he know my name?
