This is the second call I received from this number to my cell phone. They leave no voicemail message. My cell number is on the National "Do Not Call" list, so there is no need for me to answer and advise the caller I do not wish to receive the call. In addition, I do not accept calls from numbers I do not recognize, so that I do not use call minutes on my phone plan.
