I received a call just like all of the other posts the numbers were 209-623-4683 and 401-218-0347. the second number is a google cell number which I didnt even know could exist.  I have contacted an attorney because they are calling me at work and I am going to file charges with my states attorney's office.  let me know if you guys can think of anything else to stop these idiots

I keep getting those same harassing messages. I have had payday loans in the past but I don't owe anyone. It sounds like the same person but they keep c****ing their name and ***le.  When the call my cell phone sometimes all 000000000 come up. They keep saying that they are the crime investigation department and they need to talk me or my lawyer. When I ask them to send me some do***entation, they say they don't have any. All they have is an affadivit but they won't send me that neither. I am getting a little fustrated because they keep harrassing me at my employment  and they keep saying that I could lose my job because they are charing me with check fraud and other offenses. How do I get them to stop calling me at work? I told them many times that I can not have personal phone calls at work and they need to contact me in writing.

These guys are from Oak View Law Group.  Dirtiest scam around. Stay away from them. I got the same phone call yes****ay from # 408-843-5330. Scared the heck out of me..they told me 2 uniform officers would pick me up at my house Monday AM and take me to jail. I told them I never received any money from this place and I was not paying them anything. They told me to get a lawyer or pay the money plus $250 in late fees.  I called my bank and got a printout statement for the year which showed no deposit from them and they suggested I call the State Police, which I did. They told me to record every phone call from them and to block their number with my phone company.  I called this man back and he ***g up on me...3 times. Isn't there any way to arrest these people for this????

I received this same type of call at my work on Monday 5/24/10. Thankfully, my office records all phone calls so they made me a CD of the call and I have reported it to my local news station. I just got off the phone with an investigative reporter and he will be interviewing me and making a copy of my CD to tell the story on the news.

I received the same calls saying that I owed 500 dollars and if I didn't resolve this matter today that the cops would be at my house in 2 hours. I know i didn't  have an unpaid loan. they told me that they were going to get me on check fraud and a few other charges. I faxed them and ****** me gave them my card number. Now my bank is gettting involved but probably wont get my money back

I got a call from david jackson he said I got a payday loan from a company called quick cash.net first he said i needed to pay 75% of the 698 he said I owed. then if i did not pay i would get sued and would have to pay over $5,000.00.  I asked for the name of the payday loan company he said he would give me that after i paid so finally after about 3 days of going back and forth he said I could pay $100 on 3/24/2010 and $500 on april 4th and that would take care of it.  I was not feeling right about paying them i thought it was a scam, I am glad I checked on the internet first.  It was a person  with an Indian accent and then he said I had to speak to someone to give my credit card info to and he had the same accent, and one time I called back there was a woman who picked up with the same accent, and she acted like she did not know why I was calling.

I received a threating from call from a person named Jeff Moss on my government issued cellphone stating that if I disregarded the call and didn't call him back that day that all he could do was standby as things unfold around me. The first call came from an unknown number the second call I received was the same threating message from the same person from # 714-006-6000. I called him back at the number he left on the message 310-974-8960 and a guy named James Garner took the call. He sounded like he had an accent from the middle east. He proceeded to tell me that I had defaulted on a pay day loan with quickcash net and they had decided to write off the money and press charges a***nst me. Being military, I automatically flipped the script on them and told them that the federal government made it illegal for payday loan companies to lend money to active duty military and I would be going to legal and the FBI about this and next thing I know they ***g up on me. I called them back and received voicemail that was full. I continued to call them and finally a lady picked up the phone claiming her name was Natasha did not catch last name, and asked for the person I was talking to and she supposedly didn't know that person and she ***g up on me. I called back a***n and this time got a david clark, and I told them that I was aware that they were a scam and I would be contacting the FBI and the National Fraud Hotline and all he could say was Thank you and ***g up. If you do receive a phone call from these people, please do not send them any money because they are a scam and we all need to take a stand a***nst these people and bring them to Justice.

these idiots called me AND a co worker at work today! They tried to get account numbers from him, and tried to tell me he is in legal trouble and used me as a reference. STOP THESE SCAMMERS!

These people are CROOKS that will burn in***** one day.  I also got the same names,#'s,etc... they took me for $964 on a loan,then they call me back and said I owe Them.  I have,FBI,FCC,BBB,attorney generals in FLa,MI,and NJ,they are trying to track them down,they will be caught one day,or so****ing really bad will happen to them for doing this to good people,DO NOT SEND THEM $$$.

Yes, they are calling from several different numbers.  724-365-9968, 949-502-0123.  Both have called me today at work. David Jackson, Mike Anderson, and when I called one back, he was James Garner. I gave him the Attorney General number for Illinois and said she was expecting his phone call, maybe they will stop

I faxed them a "F**k u Apu Im wat****g u" message : . with a pic of my... well... faxed everyday about 15-20 times.. and the guy was not very happy .. i also called them and harrass them back .. they finally stopped buggin.. David Conner can **** my ..**

My boss has recieved phone calls asking for me from this indian speaking person about me or my attorney needing to contact them or the si***uation will unfold on me. I dont owe anything and i looked into a pay day loan but never got one, so thats where they got my info, but this is a scam. he only ****s up and has a full voicemail when u call from your number once he knows your on to there bulls@*t. He has said to be david jackson and they answer the phone differently sometimes, claiming to be a law office.the ext is 423366 of the joker who harrases me at my bosses phone number. Im not finished with these guys, there going to get whats coming to them. I believe this a scam and it seems to have just s****ed in the first week in febuary. BE CAREFUL!!! dont give them any money.

i just got a call tonight guys name was steve carter saying i was being taken to court on march 1st and i need to give him my attorneys name and info alond with my personal info. i asked him to tell me who was taking me to court he didnt know and i also asked if he would mail me paperwork in reguards of this he aslo couldnt. so i got his name and number told him i would callhim back .... like***** i am he barely spoke english like his name was STEVE

I got a call today at work from Harry Jackson.  The really weird part is that they called me, by name, on one of my collegues phones.  We were all out to lunch so 'Harry Jackson' left a message.  My collegues phone message clearly states her name, yet he left the message in my name.  Who are these people?  I have never had a 'payday' loan with anyone.  Finding them is not as easy as you may think.  I live in California and the area code comes up Santa Monica, CA.  I refuse to pay for the service to look up the address.  I realize they cannot sue me or do anything to me because I don't have any business dealings with 'Harry Jackson'.  But, it is very annoying to know that someone can make a call to your job and leave derogotory messages.

This Number Said they were Quick Cash Net, then Crime Center of America. "David Walker" and "Alan King", (Seem to be Same Indian Speaking Person) were very Obscene with their language. They have NO Idea what they are doing, what they are talking about, and need to be stopped and arrested for their constant harassing, obscene phone calls.

Got a call from these flunkeys.  Heavy accents, could not give me exact information on who I owed money to.  They were shocked that I did not know about this.  They were right that I did not know about this.  The two people that I talked to were Eric and supposedly his supervisor(who sounded like the same guy)David Walker.  They also stated that they were from "Crime Monitor Center Division" and that it was a law firm.  I contacted the FBI in Los Angeles and filed a report on these guys with the number they gave me.  424-744-4002 and fax 323-739-3335.  Wow, same place but different area codes?PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AND DONT LET THEM BULLY YOU AROUND AND THREATEN YOUR FAMILY.

I too got a call from this number on my office and cell phone . This is a time sentive matter.

Yeah i got the same call.. saying i owe 800 bux or i was gonna get sued// i told them to ***** off.. i also faxed them ***dreds of times just to bug the heck out of them.  i also called them and harrased them back all the time.. ha ha 2 can play at this game..

I received a call from a guy stating that this was his number while i was at work.  He said that he had evidence that i owed him money but didnt tell me who.  He told me that his name was Mark Jackson though

Received a voice mail from them on my work phone on a Friday, called them back on the following Monday at 8:30 centeral time expecting to leave a voice mail since it is a California number & some one picked up the phone, does any one know who these people are, I could not understand them because of their accent, but I did get that it was a law office, what type of law office is open at 6:30 in the morning?

I also received a call from this place they said and I must say that they are obvioulsy in india ...crime ? of america they said I also had three summons and that I would be arrested on monday morning that I had a payday loan that I had stolen ....when I informed them that I don't work nor have I even had a checking account the guy said he was putting me on with the head attorney that sounded so much like the same guy lol I asked him what was going on he said the same thing and that I was being recorded I said good and he ***g up. the same guy called back said he was going to put me to another attny and his name was MR. Connor I said many indian names aren't conner I aked if he was an attny he said yes I said in america he said yes and gave me his bar number? 46707 i asked what account it had been out in to he said nothing and i heard laughing in the background. The Idot gave me there phone number but said it really fast but i caught it. they say they are representing Quickcash.net

They have s****ed calling my work. I am getting really mad. I wish I lived in CA to find them...I told them the harassing calls need to stop and I was going to take legal action. Anyone know how to make them stop? I am fed up with all of it.

I got a call from the "law firm of Kim Jong". I called back and they said that they had a "legal case" a***nst me. I am an attorney, so I asked them in what jurisdiction they had their alleged case... silence. They did try to confirm my social and the scary thing is, they had my last four right. YIKES! I told them I wasn't confirming anything until I was properly served.... he ***g up immediately. HA! I am reporting t*****lus it sounded like he was in a room filled with people, really shady.

Wow, this is nuts!  I had a call from a Harry Jackson stating the same exact thing you all have said.  I contacted the payday loan company he said I supposedly owed money to, and they said it was completely untrue, and they have been made aware of this scam going on and stressed not to give out any information to these people.  This number traces to California, and it sounds like loud music in the background.  Total losers!

I too got the same call claiming I owed money to a Payday loan company which is totally untrue!  This is scary stuff.  Alot of creeps with no life out there!

I also recieved a call from Dave Jackson. He said that I owed over 1000 bucks for a payday loan that I never paid off. I told him to send me certified information about this and my lawyer would look at it. He said that I had to pay today. He called my work. He did give me the name of 'supposed' payday loan and i will be contacting them to see what is going on. He needs to be stopped. it is a scam. he is just trying to get money from people who get freaked out by the lawsuit.

I also received a call from David Jackson who stated that I owed them money, however, the payday loan I had was paid and I don't understand why he continues to call the second time.  Stated that he was from a law firm but when I asked what was the name, he hesitated to say anymore.

This person called from this number and said that I was involved in 3 criminal complaints and said that it was urgent for me to contact them. I asked the guy why it sounded like he was calling from telemarketing center, there was not much of a response.
