I just got a call from some lady that I could barely understand she told me on my audix that i was under investiagtion for fraud and she named by bank and work.  She said that I will be served legal do***ents and that John Dough was sending them.  She said her name was Kelly Jones but didnt identify her place of employment.  I called my lawyer who called them and they said they would fax over do***ents becuase he said you cannot file legal do***ents etc until you notify them with notice to cure they didnt even know what that meant.

Lady called me at work wanting to know why I havent returned her call. I informed her I have turned her over to my attorney. She has stated he has not returned her call which i know better. Have also turned this number and lady into the attorney generals office.

Someone called and told my daughter that she had borrowed money and that she and I were both about to be sued. That she borrowed $300 and was suppose to pay back $350. and since she hadn't paid it back they were going to sue and it would cost over $6000. Said she borrowed from Cash Advance. Calls from CA.

I just got a call from that number and when I s****ed to argue with him, he transferred me to some woman stating she was a supervisor. Ive reported the # to FTC and Im going to file a complaint with my local police dept...

Man wih accent left voice messages, saying his name was Harris Smith.  I called him back and asked for his real name, he became a bit annoyed.  He said my social security number was on hold, and that my SSN was bing state investigated due to money allegedly owed.  I told him his information was untrue, and I asked for additional information from him, but he refused.

My husband got a call from a guy with an Asian accent from this number claiming his social security number was being investigated, says his name was Harry Smith..yeah right?!! I called him back today to get to the bottom of things and he claims we're in all sorts of legal trouble, his clients are pressing charges. He wanted to do all the talking and ask all of these questions but couldnt directly answer any question I asked him. He read me some type of statement and asked if my husband had ever been convicted of any theft crime or was on probation. He never identified his so-called company and would not tell us how to contact his so-called client. He kept asking if we had an attorney for some reason. I don't know what he's after but DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!

randerson;got a call on my cell from this number a few minutes ago. it first came in with a + in front of it. he needs a call from me or my attorney cuz of legal aligations a***nst me. this guy can go to*****! **** scammers

RECEIVED A MESSAGE (A***N) FROM AN ASIAN GUY SAYING THAT I WAS IN BIG LEGAL TROUBLE AND THAT EITHER ME OR MY ATTY NEEDS TO CALL HIM TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION.  I HAVE RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE 3 TIMES EARLIER THIS WEEK WITH THE SAME MESSAGE FROM 3 DIFFERENT NUMBERS.  DEFINITELY A SCAN.

Just got a call from this guy with an Asian accent.  Said my social security number was on hold and under state investigation.  I did a reverse phone lookup on 424-901-0138 and got the following information: Los Angeles, CAPhone Type:  Land Line Carrier:  Level 3 Communications Llc - Ca Time Zone:  2:39 PM PST County:  Los AngelesThe guy said the phone was the hotline to his "department."   Funny that Intelius didn't give me any California state official office or anything.  Also, I live in Kansas, so why would I be under investigation in California? If it had truly been official, they would have mentioned what state they represented. Plus, he threatened me with the situation that would befall me if I didn't call back.  Said to have my attorney do it too, but they know most people will just call by themselves.  Then they can get your social security number or whatever it is they are trying to defraud you of.

I recieved a call at work from this number this morning. When I returned the call it was a forgien guy when he wanted to varify my SS # I told him no and ***g up the whole call was weird he left a mesage saying it was a legal matter at my corp office. I have never heard or had a legal firm answer a phone call without stating the company name. He asked me what number did I call you at I don't know the coorp office number off the top of my head. To weird I didn't give him any varification of my SS# I ***g up on him.

I have called repeatedly from this number every day and I'm really tired and wanted to know who it is.

No, but I just received one thsi morning, and a foreign guy is claiming that I am in big legal trouble, and that i need to contact him ASAP. I am not worried because this has happened to me before it is not true, so do not give any other your information even tho he or she may already had it. Last time this happened to me was because tehy hacked into a company's computer system and store alot of customer's personal inforamtion...great isnt it.
