Rec'd a call from 425-320-5013 stating I was eligilble for a grant, no need to pay it back as long as I'm a US citizen paying taxes. The name of the person calling was Ana Lopez, Licence Number 092592. After reading about the number it might be a scam. vs where I marked unknow.

Caller (who does not speak good English) told me I was eligible for a free US Government Grant and it would only cost me $3,87. I told him to look up the meaning for the word FREE and ***g up.

...caller says I qualify for financial aid, but never told me what school he worked for... when he asked for my SSN, hmmm.... dealbreaker!

I believe this is some kind of scam that gets your information from a roommate seeking service online.

They call me today at my work number but I was not able to answer. My friend who answered said they sounded like a tele marketer. He said his name was Andrew Garcia.

They called me just today and said so****ing about financial aid. And I asked about it from my friends and aunt. I don't remember asking for one. But everyone I asked about it said it was a scam so I'm happy not giving them my credit card info.

They speak very bad english and it is so hard to understand them. They are constantly bothering me saying that I have a government grant and that they needed my information. Major SCAM!!!!

Some financial****istance ********. I called the number back and told them to remove me from their call list and to not ever call me a***n. Said they would remove me immediatly.

They keep calling and it's telemarketing... Annoying and harassment....

These people have called me twice. Both times they had a very strong over seas accent. The deal sounded too good to be true. So I decided to check the number. I found that it is a scam. I am so glad I didn't give them my information.

Same thing. US grant, one time fee of $3.87. Looked at my account today & the withdrew $60.

They called me about a gov. grant that I was approved for a grant that I never have to pay back. Just don't go crazy and not take alot of money. Needed $3.87 for fee for processing paperwork and that they needed credit card to pay for . Said his name was James Taylor . Had an accient and said he was in Utah. He would call me back the next day because I wouldn't give him a number. Have had several calls everyday now and I don't pick up.
