I've been getting several calls from this number and they have been leaving akward messages. Anyone know anything about this?

I received a call asking for Robert M. Moore (my ***her who has been deceased for 18 years now).The menu said press "1" and "2" if it wasn't him. I pressed "2" and they continued with a s***l to contact them at a 1-888-number and a reference number (I didn't write it down because I'm NOT Robert M. Moore). It was a recorded menu-I did not talk to a live person. These calls are very annoying and need to be stopped.Is there anything that can be done about them?

Got a call from "425-354-1563" "Receivables" so****ing or the other.They asked me if I was so and so.  The name was *close enough* to mine and I said yes to see where the call would go.  They mentioned so****ing I could barely make out (we had a bad connection) about "bill for HSBC" (a bank).  I told them I know of the bank but have never had any business or dealings with them.  The caller then mentioned another bank and I told her that I never heard of that bank.The caller then asked if my address was so and so and I told her no that wasn't my address.  The address she mentioned is about 4 miles from where my house is.Basically what these as!ho!es are doing are "throwing out the dart" for *A* name (which my name WAS CLOSE to the one the caller mentioned) that is in the vicinity of the address they have and hoping it'll stick.Anyone know a way that I could get these a!sho!es legally for pulling this s**t?

This company has called every night to try to find my son's contact information. We never answer the phone at night anymore. I found the Better Business Bureau's site for Western Washington. On this site if you do a search for Receivables Performance Management, you will see that they received 405 complaints over the past 3 years. The address given for this company on the BBB site is P.O. Box 768, Bothell, WA 98041-0768. Tomorrow I am going to sent them a written letter with a do not call request. You can find info on writing these letters on the Internet. According to state law, they must cease contacting me.
