I received a call from 425-406-9024. This is a number out of the Seattle, WA location. This number is for online internet marketing company.

Got a call from them on a SA****AY morning. I wonder if complaining to International Telcom would do any good? Their customer service number is: 1.866.312.1598. Maybe they can stop them? Int'l Telcom is providing the means for them to make these calls.

I received a voice recording from "Ann from Account Services". It stated that they could lower my credit card rate. It is a spam recording.

800notes.com shows many who did call and found they offer reduced credit card rates. Very unlikely. Didn't answer.

I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind s****ed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.
