I keep missing calls from these people, they never leave messages, and once when I called them back there was an indecipherable sound and then they ***g up.

they have called numerous times looking for someone.  i have told them they got the wrong number and to remove it.  they dont listen.  going to fly to washington state and personally kick their *ss

Report them to the FTC.   When they call tell them you reported them and they will put you on a don't call list and within 24 hours you will never hear from them a***n.    I took the advise and I'm glad i did.    My call was about a t-mobile account from 5 years ago.

got a call today...she was a girl for RPM telling me that they are debt collectors..... she asked me to make a settlement about a monthly payment of an old contract that i had with t-mobile and i cancelled 2 years ago with all my dues. she insisted that i did pay everything. then she offer me to call the 800 number and even a fax number to fax them a proof of payment. I s****ed to yell at her saying "i dont care about you...let T-mobile call me" then i **** up.just to be clear, now Im a customer of t-mobile with another number and everything is finedont answer the calls from that number

dont answer them at all thanks to technology lets make sure they do not make any money from collection form any of us
