Got a call from 425-577-7*** saying I owe a payday loan and that if I didnt pay I would be arrested it was a man with a accent by the name of officer Robin Miller trying to get me to settle out of court and fax some information to him

It's a scam. I just got a call from an Officer Shari Washington. Indian Accent saying there was legal action a***nst me. it's bogus

Officer Sherry Washington just left me a threatening voicemail as well. I also received a text message from "129" stating to call 4255777***.

Received a threatning phone call from this person, foreign person or not. Supposidly his name is Robert Miller, have received this call before and the same person although they claimed to be a Shawn Hardy with Financial Crime Investigations. Would not give me a mailing address....he had the last four of my social, however not a current address, however he did have a current number. Was calling about some sort of payday loan done over the internet, threatening to put me in jail and that detectives would be coming to my house. Called him back to get address and of course would not give it to me and told me to never call their a***n......I have never had a payday loan through the internet.....

Just had the same woman call and leave nasty voicemail. I called back the number and it goes directly to vm for extension 2546775.  No company name or directory available.

I got a phone call from a 425-577-7*** number about a loan, that I didnot borrow, they sound like they are from India, they also call some of my friends and harassed them too.

I recieved a call from this number today. They were leaving a message, but when I picked up they ***g up. They later called back, when I ansered they ***g up on me a***n. Later they left a message on my voice mail. It is a woman who says she is Officer Sherry Washington from "Financial Crimes and Education Department" and says that I am going to be in legal trouble if I don't respond, so I guess I will wait for the police to show up. I was wondering if it was one of those scams that charge you an insane amount of money when you call them, since they ***g up on me twice when I answered and obviously want me to call them for some reason.

foreign male person left a message stating that he was with some financial crime investigation and that he was an officer. i called back and this young lady answered the phone but wouldn't disclose her name or the name of the company.
