They are out of Washington (SWBell carrier). Message is recorded and says it's from Card Services and this is your LAST opportunity (LOL yeah right- they call daily) to consolidate your debt of $3K or more. If you press 1 and ask to be placed on their do not call list, they **** up or swear and **** up. After complaining (http://www.donotcall.gov) I saved the number as DO NOT ANSWER. At least I won't pick-up anymore.
Recording that says they are Card Member Services. Offers lower interest on your credit card... even when you dont have credit card.
