They call back to back...less than a minute apart. They s**** first thing in the morning and call all day long right up until about 9 pm (EST) Sometimes the phone rings once and then they **** up.  It's irritating...espcially on my cell phone.

425-648-9467 continues to call and **** up and never leaves a message or answers when you pick up. I never respond without a message what the call is regarding.

Keeps calling and ****ing up

this number repeatedly calls me. tells me to hold on and then ***ody is there.i have no business with them. i want then to cease and desist.

These people have been calling me and I didn't know the number so I didn't answer. Today I answered to find out who it was. They asked for my sister in law's husband who has never lived at this number and lives in Texas...I am in Iowa the fact they knew a person in my family and connected us was freaky. Not to mention they wanted his number and I wouldn't give it to them. If they really were a bill collector the right number would be on the bill. These guys are shady and not to mention they call from lots of different numbers. So****ing isn't right here!

NCO financial is a collection agency for capial one credit cards. Their other phone number is 1-866-251-0699.

P.S.---I forgot to mention that they really don't care about the DO NOT CALL laws.  All the dialer is doing is adding one to the last digit of the previous number called.  Anyway, this too shall pass!  just remember do not answer any calls you do not recognize (I know this is hard because I'm looking for a job and I don't know if it is a****ential interview), however, get to know the area codes in your area and places where you might receive calls from and only answer calls you think are legit...why waster your airtime with these yahoos!

I seem to recall a similar "scam" from the 809 area code a while ago. 809 was the Dominican Republic.  The same type of stuff was happening and yes, you are correct, it is an automatic dialer.  However, anytime someone called that number back, they were being charged an outrageous rate (similar to the 900 numbers)...the entire goal of the company was to get as many people to call back as possible and different answering messages were heard by different callers so no one would catch on...I would suggest that if you get a call from the 425, 205 571 or 972 number, do not call back...in fact,  you should never call a number back where no message was left or if you do not recognize it...hope this helps.

Been receiving calls from this number and 571-431-1948.  When you answer, they **** up or no one says anything.  Probably computer generated, but needs to stop.  No one at my number owes anyone anything, so this company has no need to call about collections.

NCO Fincl is violating the "Do-Not-Call" regulations with their repeated calls to cell phone from this number and from 205-561-2457, 571-431-1948 and 972-512-9502.  Such repeated harassment is abuse when there are no collections to be made!

Company keeps calling and calling. State that there is an issue in the office that we should call them about.  They s**** at 8:30am eastern.
