Did not leave a message. I think yeah it is a scammer spammer of sorts using bill collection as a front to weasel people out of money by threats and then get your bank information. Do Not Answer.

This is a debt collector and my message reads… Fred Kenning (IMR) this message is for Dedee concerning a civil matter out of Harris County. I've been instructed to provide a Notice of Intent prior to the formal processing of case number TX 9046-5025 concerning the person in property of Dedee. Either Dedee, a spouse or representing attorney are strongly advised to make immediately contact with my office at toll free 855-248-4369 ext 6040 or you can reach me on my direct line at 425.697.6040. What you can do is… First report them to the Snohomish county sheriff’s department’s tip line at 425-388-3845. I reported them for threatening lawsuits that did not exist, making arrest threats, and violating the Fair credit collections act. I am going to report the person that made the call Fred, and tell them Randall Goins appeared to be the owner of the company. If you are getting harassing calls, please call them and let them know.
