This company is currupt, they hire newbies, & use them.. & never pay them anything. All these people that call you for your debit are using a "fake" name... like Mike Jones, or what-ever. For the people that are in debit should google FDCPA, "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act", any person that is in debit has rights.. Learn them.. Oh these debit collectors at Reliant Recoveries are paid by "Commissions", so if they offter some crazy amount.. don't take it.. plus if your debit is over 7 years, they can't do anything about it, but if you pay a cent to them, then they have an additional 7 years "depending on the Statue of Limitations" vairies by state... the last time you paid, they have 7 year from collection your debit. If this any debit collection company calls before 8 a.m & after 9 p,m. then you could sue them for breaking that rule.. if you have a caller I.D. keep that time on record, get a lawyer, and get the name of the person, the time they called..Oh these people could only call you 3 times a week... "rule" They use scrips, depending on how you react.. they follow, or make their own way of handling the situation.Reliant Recoveries is a currupt company, I think you'll see this company fail eventually, the checks from the company often times "bounce" if you ask the worker who called you...ask them how often their checks "bounce"... I know this company has passed out "fake" checks to their employees.. this company will hire you, and you might not even get a dime from working with this company.I know there are people who work in this company, and say they are making $4000 + a month.. but they take the bus to work... ***... Deborah. Take your money out of the account and open a new one. Almost all states have a statute of limitations that prohibit these en***ies from collecting on debts that are many years old. Almost all states set the time limit at 7 years or less unless you agree to pay them so****ing in which case the debt becomes current and will reappear on your credit report.

Hey smart person. These people that you are condemning acquired these junk debts many years ago. Sometimes 15 to 20 years ago. They already went seven or more years with this blot on their credit history. These debts have already been written off and claimed as tax writeoffs for the debtor, and it would not surprise me if these debts were reimbursed by good old Uncle Sam. These junk debt collectors are like hyenas rushing in and attempting to scrounge what they can by deception and intimidation. They rely on the ignorance of some poor schmuck to buy into their speil that they want to help them clear their credit by "allowing" them to pay half the outstanding debt which is inflated sometimes over 100%. Oh and please don't quote the Bible until you know what you are talking about. (Ever hear of usury? Casting the first stone? Judge not etc....?)

The company is Reliant Recovery. They are full of s***. They are frauds. Google it and read for yourselves. The company is in Washington State. The "employees" are rude, will bully you, call over and over, threaten you with suing, tell you to get your attorney, tell you the sheriff is coming, curse you on the phone, tell you they will call anytime they please. They are a pack of ******, lying, fraudulent, ignorant bottom feeders. Turn their****es in to your attorney general. Pay no attention to any of the posters like the idiot called "smart person." Oh and smart person, your comment wasn't very smart. Some people fall into situations beyond their control and can't pay. Especially when crazy fees are tacked on and on and on. And you say you would go door to door and smack the h*** out of people....That's bad and wrong.  That would be a sin in itself don't you think. And besides these huge companies who tack on outrageous interest and fees that are injust, are not hurting as much, I am sure, than someone who falls behind on their bills. And I am not saying not paying our bills is okay. But we aren't too judge as to why. But harrassing phone calls, and threats are not to be taken lightly when it comes to debt.

Got a call from a man who would not identify himself, but was asking for someone I knew. He asked me very personal questions about myself and it was though he had no clue about me. Of course I did not answer any of them and let him know how much I know.....Anyways, at the end of the harrassing phone call he said my name. And I said "Wait a minute, I never told you my name." And he stuttered and went on and on. And I asked how he got my name and number. And he answered in a ****** demented voice, "I have everything about you, your social security number, your address, everything."  And the call wasn't even for me. So I let him have it. Don't let people like this intimidate you, or stress you out. They won't too, but they can't. Harrassment is a***nst the law.

This number has called my home about a dozen times looking for someone that does not live here making off they are in fact an attorney which I checked and it is a Collection J*** off Company. I told them all dozen calls ***ody lives here that your looking for. They call and **** up many times to **** me off. I am an ill man and don't need someone s**t everyday on my private line that I payu for. Washington State laws are not good in Florida and many other states. We have been getting "ID" restricted phone calls we do not answer them.    It rings about 20 times a day!  this has been going on for 2 weeks now.   4 times they have left messages asking for my daughter in her maiden name all this Shannon Carlson looking for my daughter for a legal matter and they are looking at her****ets or some bull.     They will call noon to 1030 at night.    I own a ranch in Texas as I do not have time for that.    Wednesday they left a message wanting a conference call with my daughter or someone in the house hold at 5pm sharp.     This Shannon and a Mike were on that call, they were bulling me into giving out where may daughter works, if she owns a house, lives and a telephone.   I made it clear to them I am not giving out any information on this and if you keep calling I will get you for harassment.    Well we had peace Wed eve. through Friday.    Today it s****ed back up HARD.   I had bowling league tonight and on the county sheriff is on my team and a close personal friend.   Told him about this, he came over.   Soon as he walked into our home the **** phone was ringing.  He answered it there they were looking for my daughter.  Sherriff asked why who is this they slammed the phone down.   Sherriff called the number above they left on the answering ma****e and asked for a supervisor.     Mike came on Sherriff gave them the opportunity to stop calling or else charges will be pressed.   He did not believe it was a sheriff, Sheriff asked them to call the dispatch team to ask where he was.   Mike quickly believed it was the sheriff.   I think I will not be hearing from them a***n!   From what I am reading these people are a bunch of sewer rates, I have offered for them to be man enough to stop by my ranch and handle this person to person.      My daughter has never skipped on a payment we pulled her credit report and found nothing bad.

I live in Texas  the Statute of limitations is 4 years for credit card debt once the SOL expires they cannot do anything  so check to make sure you even still owe the money if it is outside the SOL then send them an cease to communicate  if they call you or contact you in any then you have a Counter suit for Violation  of the fair credit debt Collection act  check the SOL in your state  and don't let these debt bottom feeders scare you into o anything before you have all the facts

That Number is from a Company called reliant recovery Services they are a debt Collection agency   They called me Concerning an old credit card debt  they try to use bullying tactics and lies to get you to send them money

Left message using my first name. Cited a legal case# from my state. Requested my lawyer, power of atty or myself contact them ASAP. Was concerned at first until I googled the number and found it was a telemarketer scam. Don't know why they would suggest my lawywr contact them, that's risky. I think the best action is to do nothing.
