Yeah, she's harrasing me and my grand***her ( more so my grand***her) but I've looked up all and any laws having to deal with debt collectors and they are not allowed to take anything as far as Social Security income and or Retirment. So please inform you ***her of that. I informed them that I could pay a cetain amount every month and when they spoke with my grand***her they pretty much laughed at what I could pay, which is also illegal. The same girl called my dad and he ask me to call her back and she was rude.  Harassment is a***nst the law and she is harassing my dad. She didnt even tell me the company name she wouldn't tell me anything. My dad is over 60 and this woman is causing him health problem (stress)..  I dont take kindly to people like her and will not stand for it. I have already contacted my lawyer and am in the process of getting it taken care of..  So when she told me good luck---she didnt know who she was messing with..

the girl called to talk to my brother but since he was not at home she just left the phone number and the company name. Her name was Christie and when i asked what was it about she said "only the company name is what i'm allowed to tell you by federal law"
