They call and say they are calling on behalf of your bank and ask you to verify your last 4 digest of your #SS and your mailing address. I told them NO I was not going to verify any information to them…I called Capital One and asked them if my account was up to date with payments they said yes… the fourth time they called I told them the same thing “no im not going to verify any info” the guy gave me at***ude I ***g up the phone ! ! DON’T VERIFY ANY INFO TO THEM ….my bank told me that more than likely its fraud ! ! ! !
