To expand on the last post I left: My advice is, don't even talk to them. If they will still not stop calling, you might want to c****e your number. Reporting it the police did nothing to help me (and they are probably not even in your country anyway). You might try to call your phone company and have the number blocked too -- but they seem to use a pool of different numbers, so that by itself probably won't stop the calls.

My house, which until recently was my grandparent's house, gets calls from these clowns. This number is only one of several that they use -- it's a scam trying to get money from people, particularly those people who are easily manipulated, too trusting, or can be bossed around/intimidated into doing things over the phone. Unfortunately, my grand***her, being in his 90's and not having a great memory, lost several thousand dollars to these scam artists. They will not give you a real name (one man often uses the alias George Washington), and if you ask where they are from and who they are with they will make so****ing up. I asked where they were located, they said Eerie Pennsylvania, but couldn't repeat the address they JUST gave me when I asked them for it, and gave me a zip code with too few numbers. They have threatened to send the state patrol after me for not complying with them too (obviously, I was not terribly worried about that). I believe they are actually located in Jamaica. They also don't seem to care about wasting their own time, as they continue to call my number even though I've made it entirely clear that I'm not playing ball with them. At one point the man on the phone got very frustrated and s****ed questioning my intelligence, then my ***ual orientation -- then even went so far as to pretend to be a girl. I also heard a "buddy" in the background trying to help him think of "funny" things to say.

Got a phone call from this number. No voice message left.
