Got this about 6 minutes ago from [email protected] is a problem with your HSBC account. Call urgently at : 4257767915I do have an account, but it looks fine.  Totally random.

got the same text this AM - don't even have a HSBC account, hubby called any way - they want you to enter a credit card number ........................... sounds like a scam to me.

Got a txt message from 425.776.7915 saying there is a problem with my HSBC acct. I called HSBC directly. This was a scam.

got this as a pic message on my BB from [email protected] at 12:08 am EST.  same thing as everyone else.. when I called the number they immediately asked for my card#.  I ***g up and tried to call HSBC but too long of a hold.  My rule of thumb is if I get these kind of messages to call the place directly.

I got the text, it read as a multimedia, when i opened it, it caused my phone to shut off and reboot. I am going to contact the service provider to see if it has some kind of harmful attachment.

Got a text message today [email protected] stating there is a problem with my HSBC account and that I should urgently call 425-7767915. I do not have any accounts there. Also this message, came through as a picture message on my phone. Seems su****ious.After reading other comments on this site I am going to ignore it.

just got this at 12 09 AM must be some spam as i dont have an HSBC account either.. if i respond will i get more spam?

Just got the same message, sounds alot like someone is setting up a scam similar to the "your car warranty is about to expire" scam. Do not respond. I agree with the previous posts, if you actually do have an HSBC account contact them directly.

Same exact message received here from this number. Checked my HSBC account right away and there is nothing odd in my transactions. Also, the number they tell you to call does NOT match up with any contact number on the HSBC site. Don't respond.
