When ever another employee or manager spreads****ors in the work invironment, they are obviously trying to create a hostile work environment for that employee and productivity goes down.  Not only becasue the manager is wasting time on petty nonsense, but also because that employee doesn't feel welcome or safe in the company.  Giving out personal information that doesn't concern other employees is very unethical and unprofessional. This also shows a lack of leadership. People who behave this way are usually insecure and feel i***equate in other parts of their lives.  Obviously De*** was threatened by this person in some way because they had qualities that she didn't posess. If that individual is a threat to De*** they obviously have a lot more going for themselves than they realize, and they are working at a better job than this. The people that are still working at this company, that are willing to compromise their self respect are exactly where they belong.  People who behave this way very seldom accomplish anything worth while in their lives and that is why they live in mediocrity.  Good for you!  To all those people that moved on to better careers.  You made the right choice!

United BroadcastingBellevue, WashingtonYour are probably getting calls from this company on their 800 number, but the number above is their direct number in Bellevue Washington.  These people will call business owners all over the United States, looking for clients that are willing to spend money on their community service announcements.  The announcements speak for themselves and they are very well scripted.  The people who sell them however are not the nicest people that you would ever want to meet.  De*** Javelet for instance is the Sales Manager in the call center.  A telemarketer to the ****.  She was made for this type of job.  This woman is the biggest chatterbox I have ever met!  The women in this company listen to her intently in the lunch room, or anywere there is a conversation. You see, some of these people are affraid of her.  She is the kind of manager who will fire experienced sales reps, and keep reps that don't have any sales savvy what so ever.  But that is a good thing, because there are better jobs out there for people who really know what they are doing.  In the end they find a place where they get paid more money for their abilities.  However, someone should really educate this woman on the real s****s of conversation.  De*** thinks that every thought that goes through her little mind, should be heard by everyone, and if you want to continue to work there, you better kiss up.  If you work here, and you show signs that you are annoyed with her chatter, she will spread malicious****ors about you and sabotage your work here. This woman is pathologically compe***ve, malicious, insecure, and her behavior reeks with low self esteem issues.  As you can guess they have a high turn over here, not only because of De***'s malicious behavior, but also, when you leave, she gets all the high end accounts.   You only have to work here for a couple of weeks to figure that out.  Even the people who have worked here for 15 to 18 years know where these accounts go.  This is illegal.  Companies who sell products or services are not allowed to give any of their employees opportunities to cherry pick and take over the best leads and give everyone else the junk.  There are people who file lawsuits over issues like this.  I heard a****mor that 20 to 30 reps walked out of this company, in one day, and later the owner sued some of the reps for taking their leads to another company.  Well it is considered a white collar crime to do this, but it is also wrong for the company to allow the sales manager to ***** the company for the best leads when these people leave.  But the owner is willing to turn a blind eye to all of this because De*** is such a good chatter box, and she brings the orders in. Some of these managers and reps are willing to degrade themselves and grovel to her, in hopes that she will give some of those leads to them, if they kiss up.  One day, when I returned to the office after lunch, I witnessed this woman conducting a ****** exam on herself, right in front of everyone in the call center. Another time I saw her in her glass caged office, jumping up and down and dancing with a group of other women, like  teenagers. She had her boom box tuned on so lound, the entire floor was vi***ting. Just imagine what the neighbors thought.  This flacid woman is in her fifties. She used to be a cheer leader in High School and she still thinks she is.  De*** even dresses like a teenager from the eighties.  Some of her clothes look like she bought a mix of any old thing she could find from the 80s and 90s at the Good Will.  It is hidious to see a woman her age behave so unprofessionally.   Someone told me that De***  used to be a counselor or the****** of some sort.  Who knows!  But there is a reason that she is no longer in that profession.  Call centers will hire just about anyone who is looking for work, but why would a woman like this, work at this company for as long as she has, when she has a college education. Some times people work in places like this because it is a great temp job, and then they move on to so****ing better.  The number one reason that a the****** will succeed or fail in that profession is trust, and believe me, the people in this company don't trust her.  They hide their best leads, and they don't give out any personal information.  (Like that is really going to work)  De*** looks at your application!  So she has your date of birth, everything, so don't kid yourself, she will make very good use of that information, and invade every orafice of your life.  This woman is a information ****** !  I wouldn't put it past this woman, if she drives by your home and watches you in her spare time.  She is a fanatic !  When I was walking down the hall one day I saw a group of women with De***, in one of the rooms gossiping about one of the employee's background, and she openly admited where she got that information.  Your application and your private life is completely exploited by this woman.  It is not hard to figure out why this woman will be a telemarketer for the rest of her life.  Other companies won't hire her!   When she was a the******, obviously her clients didn't trust her either, as a result she couldn't make a living.  Yet she and all the other people that she keeps in the company because they are like minded, call you to talk to you about putting one of their community service announcements on their air so that they can make a commission.  If you ask them how much they make, or what they get out of this, they will tell you that this is a non profit organization and they earn miminum wage. They will tell you that they are doing this work because they want to help people.   Right !  They will tell you that this will help you to create good will, and become a business leader in the community.   Ha Ha Ha .......pull the other leg...........you know what I mean.  These people don't have a clue about creating good will, and they themselves are not business leaders.  They don't know the meaning of leadership.  They are just helping the radio stations line their pockets so they can line their own pockets.  What a joke!  I always say, if a company doesn't treat their employees right, they won't treat you right.  Also De***'s husband works for the Employment Guide as a sales manager ,or he used to.  When you listen to some of the remarks that this man makes about his wife and some of the surgery that she has had over the years, it isn't hard to figure out, this couple is not a happy couple.  Anyway, you don't need to go through these people to put a community service announcement on the air.  Some of the radio and TV stations will do that for free, or for a small fee.  Check it out before you do this.  Sometimes you can just talk to a reporter to let them know that your are donating money to a good cause to create good will in the community. That way the money goes to a good cause, not this.   You don't have to spend thounsands of dollars on announcemnts like this.  In any event this company is having a very very difficult time with their collections these days.  People are not paying for the service, for various reasons, but when it is time to collect, they will go after you with a vengeance.  Insults and allllllllllllllllllll.  The collections people ***g about it in the lunch room.  If you want to give money to a good cause, give it to families that have children who are sick, and their parents can't afford the medical bills.  Give the money to a child for college.  Do so****ing worth while, and you will truely be a business leader in the community, and create good will.
