I received a call from this number. I didn't get to my phone in timeto answer. They let no message. When I called back the number, a recoding said it was no longer in service. The police have told m that criminas can temporarily access unsuspecting phone owner's numbers. The crimial do it to harass those they call. Also, that's a wa criminals can find out if you're home or not, so they can break into your home. After they use the phone number, they have a way to technically not be traced.
