i been getting this caller as well  saying i owe loans and they are threating me to take me to court and serve me with papers come friday who ever you are i paid my loans and this is not right iam also going to file action a***nst you for harrising me watch out for these number 4259065189

I have been receiving these calls for several months. I have been threatened with legal action up to arrest. It is just recently the caller has been referencin a loan that has not been been paid. I understand these scammers have hacked into the systems of Cash Advance and CashNet. That being the case I understand how they have the information about me that they do. Hmm, Aaron Williams, that is the name left on my voice mail today. I, also, received a call from this unusual number, +91506, demanding that I call back immediately to (425) 906-5028. Mr. Williams of American Legal Processing Division, please be advised, I have already paid my loans. Now I will be reporting your unethical post here along with the illegal phone solitiation to the Better Business Bureau.You should be ashamed of yourself.

I received a call from this number today July 20,2010 from a man named Chris Jones with a strong Indian accent saying i owned money for a cash advance loan. They had all information and that really bothers me! They said i could either pay the balance or i would be picked up tomorrow from my address and arrested for none payment of debt.

Got phone call from weird number +91506 and they left a threatning voice mail and call back number 4259065028. This is scam, ive been getting calls like that for around 6 mnths now!!!! They trying to scare people to get money. ***ody will arrest you if you owe money. They dont want to give any info just want money. I ignore them, one time my friend yelled at them and they ***g up. Im reporting them to the police!!!!!!!!

They keep calling my work number.

They just called my work and left a message with co-worker that lawsuit had been filed which right there is going a***nst the fair credit protection act. They can't give out that info. So, I called them back and got the woman and she tried to say so****ing about a loan, fraud, arrest, probation. Couldn't quite understand her. Told her would call bbb and ***g up. You can't be arrested in the U.S. because you owe a debt. Had similar calls about a month or so ago. Been going on for about 8 months now.
