I live in Brownsville, KY. They have issued a fraud warning here from these people. They claim there is a problem with a bank account and then ask you to re enter your info. Several older people in our community have been scammed and lost all their money. Please whatever you do, **** UP and do dont give them any info!!!! It shows up Maple Valley WA 408-906-5564 on caller id
I received and automated call claiming to be from a credit union that I've never heard of telling me my debit card had been deactivated due to technical issues. They wanted me to continue and verify my card info but I did not continue listening after that since I figured it was a scam.
Automated call claiming to be from a credit union (which I've never heard of) informing you that your debit card has been deactivated due to technical issues. They want you to enter your card info in order for them to reactivate it. Scam. The actual credit union has posted a warning on their website.
I just got a call @ 7:49 CST stating it was "Southeast Financial Bank" and there was some issue with my debit card and they had put a block on it. And to press 1 to speak with customer help. WHAT A LOAD.
said it was southeast financial so****ing and my debit card had been deactivated due to a billing error.....and to press 1 to be connected to the security department. What kind of new scam is this ??
I received a call from this number with an automated recording attempting to receive credit card information, they stated my debit card was deactivated.
said they were a credit union and my debit card was deactivated.
Got an automated recording claiming to be some non-descript company saying :"We regret to inform you your debit card has been deactivated, please press 1 to reactivate, etc...." Obviously a scam.
