Called 4x asking for "Darlene" told them every time that there no such person . Explained it is a cell phone . They all said we need to speak with her and will continue trying , even when I told them that I did not know her

This Johnny Kennedy person called my neighbor saying he was a friend of mine trying to get ahold of me. But this****hole is not my friend he works for a collection agency !! How and the***** can they get away doing **** like that??

A woman call Courtney called me in ca***a on my cell. asked to speak to my sister she had her nameI told her she lived in ireland ad she was rude and said I better tell her to call her as this was a federal matter. Keep in Mind that when a collection co calls you make sure you get the name and time... what was said... there is a law firm out there name Krone and Moss who will sue these guys and they will pay. All it will take is for you to have what was said or how did you feel... you get 1000.00 per violation and they will pay your attorney fees... this place is based out of Washington state and if you do not live in the state of washington check with the department of licensing to see if they are legal in your state. If not file a complaint with that department. the state will come down on them like there is no tommrow...

If you tell a company not to contact you then they can no longer contact you. You can state to have the collections individual communicate by letter.

By the FDCPA we are legally allowed to call your work as much as we like, but by law we can only speak to a debtor one time per week at work and 3 times per week via cell or home phone.

NCS Collections - JULIE called.  Very, rude, obnoxious and threatening!  Threatened legal action if it was paid in full - then backpedaled when I called her on it.  She said, "I'm working for you and trying to save you court costs and legal fees"No, you don't work for me - you work for a collection agency who wants my money!She ***g up and I heard her curse under her breath.

they called and asked for bogus person who supposely gave them my number when I asked where they were call from they claimed it was a personal call and became very confrontive when I said I did not know this person very rude person

This number called my house my 12 year old daughter answered a lady named Nancy raised her voice accusing her of prank calls and demanded to speak to the parents who were not avalible. The women Nancy then replied with "have your parents lawyer call me". Very Weird rude and unprofessional

They are claiming to collect a debt. I am gonna call them back after hours and leave them a message.

This is NCS, which is a collection company. They say it is a personal call if you are not the person they are trying to reach. I called them back as they did not leave a message when I didn't answer my phone. You are right, they are rude. The person I spoke to (Nancy) raised her voice to talk over me.

I got a call from this number, A (Nancy) called me one time, she left a message on my phone that she has left messages several times and I have not returned her number and that she needs to hear from me or my lawyer today. I called back and found out that it's a collection agency trying to get a sum of $90.00 from a past bill. I think I will leave the same message on her answering ma****e that she left on mine.
