I just received a legitimate phone call from this number. It was the customer service representative that I've working with to correct a billing error from Providence Health System.

Recieved this message last evening to call 'Patient Accounts Billing Office @ 866-365-2211' Today I called and inquired about who they where affiliated with before I offered any information over the phone; the very friendly individual said she completely understood my concern and said 'Swedish and Providence billing offices' She did ask that I make a final payment on one of my outstanding accounts if possible and knew specifically how much was paid on this particular account. I said I would wait for the statement and satisfy the balance @ that time and I prefered not to give any more information over the phone. SHe said that would be fine; no hint of hostility or pressure in her tone what so ever.At this time I would say they are legitement but still would not advise anyone to give thier personal account information to make payments over the phone.

I go this call also. I naswered*****o.... nothing said*****o a***n...  I usually **** up by this time just as I was about to a lady came on and wanted personnel info. I asked who it was she said Everett Medical Center. I have never gone to Everett medical center. I called back and got the same message as above. If this is acutally who they say thay are you would think they would realize it's 2008 and ID thief is far to numerous for these kind of calls.

it is the billing department for providence hospital they do call constantly and i do owe them money but they will have to wait for insurance to pay there portion first.however i get the holiday message most of the time

Same thing is happening here--other than Valentine's I can't imagine that's a holiday to close on, but my GOD they call daily, incessantly, and now I've made contact w/ Swedish.

got the same lame holiday message when I called it back.

They keep calling me. Here is the message:"Hello this is the patient accounts billing office calling. At your earliest convenience please call 1-866-365-2211.  A***n, this is the patient accounts billing office calling. At your earliest convenience please call 1-866-365-2211. Thank you."Computer generated, male voice. Friendly. They don't leave a company name, I don't see any doctors in that area (though I do live in Washington) and I am up to date on all my doctor bills.  So they can bite my shiny metal a**.  Hmmm...though now I am really curious.  **** on, let me call back that number...Now I get a computer generated female voice. "Thank you for calling. Due to the holiday, no one is available to take your call. Please call back later."I'll try the 800 number...The person answered the phone, "Patient accounts billing...".  When I asked what company this was for, she (very friendly) answered that they were they were working for Swedish and Providence hospitals.  When I asked if they had any hospitals in my area (Spokane), she mentioned Sacred Heart and Holy Family.  I mentioned the cryptic call and she said that they are restricted in what information they can leave on an answering ma****e due to privacy laws.Purpose of her call was to either confirm that we were aware of a bill because payment has not been received or to gather insurance information. When I told her I would check our records and call her back if I discovered any anomalies, she said, "that would be great. Thank you for calling. Have a great day".  Very friendly and not taken aback by my line of questioning. Still-didn't feel comfortable enough to give her any information. We did just move. I wonder if they had some mail returned to them?

i dont even live in the area of the zip code and i got a random call from this number.  same results as everyone else.

Same complaints as those listed above.  One message said call the billing department.

They call at least twice sometimes three times in a row - never anyone or anything on the other end of the line.  Same thing when I call the number back - they're closed due to the holiday.  Maybe if everyone calls this number over and over a***n it'll **** up their ****** system.

have recieved 3 calls at various times from this number..NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!!

Called me 8:06am Alaska time, I answered with "hello", nothing was said. I repeated myself, still no answer, disconnected.  blocked my number and called back, got the message "due to the holidays no one is available to****ist you please call back later".

They called twice in a row, but did not leave a message.  I called the number back and got this message "thank you for calling. due to the holiday, no one is available to take your call - please call back a***n later."

I got a call from them, and ignored it.  I listened to the message left and it was like the middle of a message and it gave me a 6 digit number, and then said thanks. That was it, so I called and it said so****ing about being closed for a holiday...

This is the patient accounts services number. It is automated and i would guess incoming calls are not monitored. The outgoing message from this phone directs callers to a different 800 number.

I got a call from this number on Tuesday 1/15 when i tried calling back it said the office was closed due to the holiday...very strange.

got call from 425-988-***2 many times. When I picked it up, no one speak.

425988***2 on caller ID.  Left message but no info other than to call them back.
