This caller(PC MARV) is a known SCAM. Just google "PC MARV and scam". Do not answer or at the very least do not give the caller details about your computer. They will call telling you your computer (or Windows) is infected with viruses and they must get access to help resolve it. This is their way of accessing your personal/financial data by asking you to give them control of your computer. Don't do it!

Lady with possibly Asian accent called and claimed to be from Microsoft. Wanted me to follow hey instructions from my computer.... ****** try to hack the computer.

The caller with an unidentifiable accent called from this number and claimed to be working for Microsoft and said that my computer had been hacked and was sending spam. She wanted me to log on to my computer and follow her instructions. She definitely was trying to hack my computer!
