calling my friends in another state with the last 4 of my social saying i have criminal complaints about me and i can be picked up at anytime if i dont call back the name was given and left a message at friends house to call back

Received a VM from this firm stating they were a law firm and I owed them money. I never borrowed money and they are harassing me at my place of employment.

Receiving numerous harassing phones calls from "Justin Thomas", a caller with strong foreign accent. He indicates he is with a law firm with a case a***nst me, that my job will be contacted and can lose my job, that I owe money, that I will be arrested by authorities ­ Research on line indicates this is an extortion scam as per the FBI.gov website. Plese help make this stop.

I received a call from this number this morning (12/15/10). This completely rude guy told me that i owed the $300.00 from a Payday Loan (which i never applied for/received). He said that if i did not pay him $425.00 by the end of the day, i was going to be arrested at my place of business on Friday. He also claimed that they had three pending charges a***nst me. When i insisted on more details, further information...­he refused & got very ****y with me. He told me that i needed to fax over an admission of guilt, send him the $425.00 today, period. When i asked to speak with his supervisor/man­ager, he told me that i was not allowed to speak to anyone but him. I have since c****ed my e-mail addy, c****ed my cell phone number, cancelled out my bank account & re-opened a new one, turned them in to the Better Business Bureau, filed a complaint with the Department of Justice, filed a complaint with the consumer Fraud Department, & contacted my local police department.

I got a call from them this morning. Claimed I owed alot of money to Cashnet. Wanted me to fax over an admission of guilt and that I would pay them. He got very upset when I asked for more information from them. Total Scam. Do not answer the phone.

I have also received many calls from these same people, threatening to have my job and have me arrested. They even said they will continue to harrass me, often calling me at work.The caller yes****ay left a message, Shirley Grey, Dept. of Law and Investigation. Most of the time I speak with them it is a male with heavy heavy accent-sounds middle eastern to me. I can never understand what they say, I adk for so****ing to be sent to me in writng or email..They have even s****ed calling my 79 yr. young mother and harassing her at her home!!!! Please advise.

I contacted the Los Angeles Police Department... they are aware of this operation and are in the process of getting arrest warrants to the people who have the phone in their name.... even though it is in ******ia.... they have contacted the authorities their and there is already a warrant issued for 3 people out of ******ia....

I have recieved three voicemails all stating they are Shawn RIchards with the Cyber Crime Unit. All three voicemails are different people. All have middle eastern accents but they are not the same tone. When I asked them for more information, because I actually picked up the phone they could not give me any information. I asked them what state they were in and they said CA however their phone numbers are in WA, or 0000. I asked them their business hours, the said 8-5 CA time however they have busy tones until almost 9. Upon further research I have seen this is a scam and to no forward them any banking information.

This Travis guy called me yes****ay at work and is harassing me.  He knew my address and SS# plus saying they were going to serve me a warrant for my arrest.

they left me message at work so i called them back, they put me on hold and then they disconnected me. They called me back about 10 minutes later and i told them they had the wrong number. The also said they would issue a warrant for my arrest for some illigal use on my SSN. T

Hey guys just to make you feel better! Here in good old ******ia we have the police department on thier****es. So rest asure they will be shut down soon. Don't speak to any of them. There names are Marcus Green, Ryan Larson, or Kevin Jones and that was just in the last 10 minutes.

These clowns have an Indian accent and claim to be part of a law firm representing "cashet&q­uot;. They threaten arrest and want "to see me behind bars". They apparantly don't know that is not the way debts are collected in the good ole USA. The will not answer any questions about themselves or this "law firm". They do have my personal information somehow but can't seem to do anything with it so they called and threaten me just once. It seems asking them hard questions lke are you a real law firm? or are you a member of the bar****ociation? or Do you enjoy scamming people? makes them stop caling and it is fun to hear them squirm, haha. Oh yea the name I could get ou of them was "Justin Rivera" odd name for a n apparent Middle Easterner or Indian.
