The manufacturer of your computer or your computer software do not call you unless you call them first. It's hard to track the scammers because they always use a different phone number. If you grant them access to your computer you will lose everything, bank accounts your iden***y everything that you know love and depend on will be gone within 24 hours. Do not fall for this!

They call every hour, from 8:00am -9:00pm. How can this be stopped!

If i do not answer the phone they keep calling. If I do answer I just get an automated message that says, "unknown number, press 1 to accept"... a similar message you would get for a collect call. If I do press 1, the phone just ****s up from the other end. I tried calling the number back and an automated message tells me that I may have recieved an email from a fraudulent company posing as a legit company that is asking question trying to get finanancial information from me, then the mesage directed me to a web site about pshishing scams. It was weird.

This # is pure *********! Guy say he is from windows security, and try to convince you your computer I'd being hacked and demand remote access to fix it. YEAH ***KING RIGHT.... **** ME****HOLE!!!

Got this call today, stated he was from Windows Security and that someone had hacked into our computer. I asked if I could call them back when I had free time to deal with the "hacking" they would not give me their name or number. Pulled this number from my caller ID

Called and didn't say anything

They continue to call even after I don't answer!

Our local pd said this is a huge scam, if they access your comp they infect w/ virus and then try to sell you a program to "fix it" for $300+! Report to pd!

A persistent lying SOB. Wants me to give him Remote access to my computer. Won't give phone number or website of company. Claims to be from opton pc care.

I got a call from this number, and the man, who had a thick Indian accent was saying that my computer was infected, and they wanted to 'check' my computer. He mentioned that he was from Megabyte Solutions. I asked him to repeat the name, which he did. I said 'No thanks', and ***g up. I then Googled Megabyte Solutions, and saw that it was a known scam. The next day I called the number, and got a recorded message from the FTC, saying I'm probably calling the number because I got an email, and warned that it was a phishing scam.
