no guys this is not a scam ... these peopl are really a law firm and they are trying to help us....United States,,, Save United States....

I got  a call from this number today too and he scared me about our employee . I believe it is a scam

You are a liar..You work for them that is why you wrote that message...This is a scam and you know it...DON"T PAY THESE PEOPLE>>IT"S A SCAM AND IT IS ILLEGAL.

I have read that is is a known scam by both the FTC and the FBI. Do not give any information to these people. If you call the number and ask anything they **** up. No reputable law firm would do that and neither would a reputable law firm harass or threaten someone.. It is illegal.Please note that some have reported this as a payday loan scam. They threaten that you have commited a cybercrime.

I received a call at work from this number. The person identified themselves as "Edward"...and after many times told his last name was Dodson.Told me I had  received a deposit into my bank account,that I took the money and vitually stole it,that if I did not promise to make res***ution today,I would be arrested at 5:00.When I asked him what date the deposit was made,he told me December 20,2008......SCAM......I asked him what bank and he told me...I never had an account with that bank in 2008!!!!

I have been recieving calls from these people several times a week. I call back and ask for an address and the name and each time I get a different person and a different law firm.

Wrong! You are either working for them or you know nothing about Collections Law. Police do not come to your door to collect debts. Fraud however is another thing!

do not ignore the calls from these people as they are actually calling from a law firm, i too avoided this type of calls and fell into a big soup, but thank go to one of the guys Sherman who helped me in sorting this out and i paid them up...i would advise every one to listen to these guys as they are here to help...

no i got a same call to and i just left it so after 1wrkin day i got the  police at the door step then i came to know that it was not a scam so i paid them back whatever i owed

got the same message on my office phone looking for one of the employees. The threats she left sound illegal to me.

I have received a threat from the phone # attached with someone calling by the name of Nancy or then a***n Steve (who claims to be the supervisor) and states they work with Jeffrey Stewart Law Firm. They stated I had 3 serious allegations on my soc sec # and they would not tell me who the creditors were but that they are sending out an officer to arrest me. I told the person I spoke to (Steve) to stop yelling as there was no reason to get hostile and he ***g up. I called the # back and they blocked my phone # immediatley. Now they won't talk to me at all. These people are criminals and scam artists. DO NOT SPEAK WITH THEM!!!!!
