I got the same phone call  today 11/18/10 from  AMG Law office 425-998-2239, the man with a heavy middle eastern accent identify himself as Justin Walter said if I didn't contact him or my lawyer did not contact him, he than would forward my information to the Investigation Department, and he wish me luck :)   This has become a very annoying situation that these poeple can get your number harass and intimidate, please everyone seek out the FTC, FBI and Office of the Attorney General in your location and in the area that the call has come from.  Make as many government officials aware as possible.

Like I have nothing better to do with my time but respond to low life people.  They called me too at my job just today 11/18/10.  The man was threatening me with court and telling me that they were going to call my job and get me fired if I didn't pay this bill.  I was completely caught off guard and was trying to understand his thick accent, but the man just  kept babbling and telling me if wished me luck and he hoped I had a good lawyer.  W***ver these people are, I think they are disgusting.  After the call, I was so annoyed, I called the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357 and they were able to tell me the call was a scam from overseas and they were going to send me a packet in the mail so I could take steps to protect my identify and myself from these types of scams run by desperate people with no m****s and no conscience.

This is a scam company. They claim to be from a law office called AMG LLC. It is disturbing that they have private information, but they are a scam. They claim that they will get you fired, hurt your wife, and make you very sorry. They call from a call center and have Russian type of accents. The two names I was given was Peter Brown and James Smith. They will tell you that you have a payday loan payment that you have not paid and give you the name. When they called me it was for Advance America Cash Advance. I called Advance America and they have recieved many phone calls from previous clients. I reported them to the Washington State Attorney General's Office. They are aware of the scam. Just don't answer the phone or play with them by answering and not talking for a while and **** up. They are s***, don't believe them and SPREAD the Word - they are fakes
