Did not get to answer this call...but I have gotten calls with( 922-) exchange before..calls are usually about Ins..These calls are annoying and happen non-stop all day every day.I used to live in the area where the 922 Exchange is. So I know it's a SPAM call

that I had won a large sum of money and he needed to discuss it with me

Did not have a conversation with this scammer. Get 10 to 12 like this a day. Blocked.

Called and said "Hello, Hello, and then that he was with the first responders and firefighters..." and then hung up before I could even say anything.

The man who called me said the organization he worked for was raising money for firefighters or something, told me the highest donation so far, and asked me how much I would like to donate. I declined obviously.
