The person with an instate phone number but a thick accent from another country claims to be calling about student loan forgiveness for federal studen loans. She just confirms who shes talking with then transfers to another person with a thick accent and foreign name. This person is to “qualify” me for the service. They ask questions about how much I owe. If theyre from the federal agency, they would already have that information. I left the call at that point.
