This place just contacted me stating that I owe an outstanding loan totaling $2400. When I asked for proof of this loan they are unable to provide any. They were not able to tell me where the loan originated or the original amount of the loan. They were unwilling to provide me with a copy of any paperwork that I requested. I then got my lawyer on the line in a conference call. The supervisor Tabitha became irate and began insulting him and questioning his credentials. Then she said good luck and that I'd be seeing judgement papers and hung up. I think they are a SCAM Company. What legitimate company is unable to provide you details of the alleged loan and wouldn't provide you with the paperwork that they are pursuing?
