ALWAYS ANSWER THESE TYPES OF CALLS - THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR COMPLETED CALL. KEEP THEM TALKING AS LONG AS POSSIBLE WITH FAKE INFO SO THEY HAVE TO PAY MORE.

I never answer callers that I do not know but I would like them to stop calling me. I called the 877 number posted above but all I go was mail box is full.

If they are offering help to solve tax debt problems they are calling the wrong people here.  We don't have tax debt problems, never have, never will.  We play by the book here!

Just when you thought you had heard it all!  I don't answer out of area, out of state, 800 calls any more.  I am sick of hearing the phony sales pitches and them griping when I tell them "no".  I don't even ask or tell them to remove my contact info from their calling list.  Even though I have had my phones from business to residence to cell on the "do not call" since conception of that bogus program.  I wore my fingers to the nubs filing complaint after complaint with the do not call registry.gov and many of them were repeat complaints from the same telemarketing groups.  NOTHING ever is done.  Your complaint goes to a database for law enforcement data gathering if they want to gather.  Nothing is going to come of anyone filing a complaint with them.  The FCC/FTC does absolutely nothing either.  Fill out the form online, submit it and receive a letter in the mail a week later that states they can't process your complaint for one reason or another or it is informing you that they forwarded your complaint to the do not call registry.  What a crock.  Anything for the Feds to make you think they are helping you and all they are doing is making sure they don't do any work but they sure take your tax dollars and put them in their pockets.So telemarketers can keep on dialing my number and as long as I have a caller ID I don't answer unknown callers.  It is their time not mine.  I keep on working.

Same here, multiple calls from these guys. If you call them back goes straight to a "full mail box".

Usual scammers calling to reduce or eliminate my back taxes. Read in the WSJ how many of these firms take your money and run -

automated dialer ma****e that when answer ****s up. When call back to get find out who this company is, the do not provide any info on who the company is and request your "name" and "cell phone number" to leave them a message.

Just got a call - googled it found this place - glad I didn't answer.  Hate fraud solicitors

I got as call from them today too. Did you file a complaint with donotcall.gov?

Returned the call and got a message "to reduce my tax debt." I have no tax debt!

Report it to the FCC:  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.  It takes a couple of minutes and if many complain, they will go after these scammers. When are they going to s**** imposing hefty fines to these people for calling cell phones and using up minutes we have to pay for?  My cell is on the Do Not Call list.  Makes me wonder if the wireless companies are selling our numbers to these ******s. If they are, I'm thinking CLASS ACTION suit.

They used to be Taxpayers Negotiation Group in California. Now they are ATS. Same guy, same sales pitch. In 2006 they scammed me for 4 grand. I told the guy to put in out and in between. I think he got the message.They are NOT tax preparers. They will take your money and "refer" to an IRS Enrolled Agent. The old scam was that they did not pay the Enrolled Agent.Just save your money

Called today but did not leave a message. I do not owe any taxes so do not know if it was the same people that threatened someone else below. I am on the do not call list too.

This number gives the idea that if you have back taxes owed to the IRS they can help you avoid jail time or levied bank accounts. The call warns that this will be your only chance to respond. Very threatening....
