In 2017, this number was ‘apparently’ from a man who went by the name of ‘Guangli’. An Asian man who sent a photo claiming to be vietnamese/****ese looking who has a son. He contacted a female via Instagram claiming to be an Orthopaedic Surgeon from New York. He became friendly for a couple of months then eventually asked for help with money transfer “for his mom” who was in hospital in England. After refusing to give him the money, he ghosted and his number has been constantly c****ing from standard to business registered number. His photo is now of a different man who appears as a middle eastern man on Viber.
