When rep answers, they state they are Spark Energy. I doubt it.
Leaves a message...coughs 1/2 way through and stumbles over his words so you can't tell what he is saying. Says to call this number and gives a (fake) reference # to give. Never states WHERE he is calling from. When I called the # a recording comes on..a***n, doesn't state who they are. The rep answers....lots of noise, laughing in the background. Wants to review my bill.
