I too received an email with this number.  Who falls for this?

Got it in email.  For your security we have deactivate your card.  Call our Card Department at 440-220-4451  Thank you for using Chase!Why is it still in use?

I just got the same message about the Chase credit card and called Chase on their listed 800 number on my credit card.  I also did a Google look-up and found that the slime ball trying to get a free ride lives in Willoughby, OH.

Got the email...called the number for kicks.  It's an automated request for your Chase card number..DON'T DO IT!!  I entered all 0s and it told me my card was now activated and ready to use worldwide...a***n...DON'T DO IT!!!! If you already did, hurry up and call the real number on your account and let them know you've been hacked for info and c****e to number right away!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a notification from "Chase SM Online" that they had "deactivate my card" (yes, that was the spelling) and to call this number to restore it.  I reverse lookedup the number and it's a cell phone in Willoughby, OH.
