TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I RECEIVED A $9.99 CHARGE ON MY CELL PHONE BILL FROM YOUR COMPANY. I DID NOT ORDER NOR SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMANY. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE STATED AMOUNT. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED MY CELL PHONE COMPANY TO ADVISE THEM THAT THIS WAS AN UN-AUTHORISED CHARGE, LISTED AS A DOWNLOAD. SO AS STATED I WANT MY ACCOUNT CREDITED BACK. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THAT COULD HAVE MADE THIS DOWNLOAD EITHER. I HAVE NEVER DOWNLOADED ANYTHING,! I WILL BE AWAITING THE REFUND TO MY CELL 440-318-5114.
