I got a letter in the mail stating I won $150,000 and I to call this number the number is registered to Otis Michelle with a dozen other known names. I hope I won I'm coming out of a homeless situation and this money would be life c****ing but this person has already been c****ed with grand lacerney and I think he thinks I am his next victim. This letter is using Publishing clearing house name and also Executive Vice President Doborah Holland which from her back round check states she is retired. The letter also uses International Lotto Commission which usually smells fraud. If this letter is a fake this person owing this number needs to be recharged for grand larceny and convicted and needs to be held for the $150,000 promised and sewed for emotional damages and intent to defraud for damages 1.2 million you don't hurt people around Christmas time.
