This is Progressive Insurance claims adjuster calling me regarding my claim.

I ditto Jill's comment above. I normally am positive in the survey, but a few days ago I was apologetically negative about an aspect that I guess they wanted to follow up on.

Mine was also a call from Progressive Insurance.  The message left said that they would like me to call them back at an 800 number to answer some further questions about a survey I took on their website.  If anyone is familiar with Progressive's website, there is a survey that follows your use of their site.  Normally I answer positively and leave no comments...but the last time I left a suggestion, so that is why I****ume I got a call this time.  I didn't call back at the 800 number, but the message being from a Progressive representative seemed legitimate.

Person requested verification of bank account number for a loan, that is non existant. When called the 1-800-PROGRESSIVE number they stated that they would never do that.

It was a progressive claims department that wanted to talk about the claim I filed the previous day.The call back number is 1-800-776-4737, then option 1, enter your claim number, and then the person's extention (this is what the person told me to do, I haven't tried it).
