I sent them an email to request them to stop calling. The response I receive was very polite and that they will remove me from their list.... Now I am getting the same calls but from a different number :( A lot good that did! I sent two complaints to the 'Do Not Call' website..

Barry doesn't believe Mark but I'm back to say it works to stop the calls from when I called 866-246-7196 last week.

This was a spammer (or scammer), and I don't believe that telling them to take you off their call list will do anything but verify your number is live. .

I've found that if you block this telephone number, the company probably will call you with another telephone number since your phone number is on their callers list. In the case for this telephone number, there is a do not call service; email to [email protected] or call 866-246-7196. Give them the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list to ensure this request is effective and give them your telephone number to remove it from all of the small number of companies they provide this service for. For these phone numbers it's a win/win; the caller minimizes complaints and saves their time/effort by not calling someone who doesn't want to be called and you get their calls stopped.
