Yes it sounds like a way to get your credit card number. The intro was the "sweepstakes" entry was made by your credit card or bank. My address is new and phone number unlisted so where are they getting the info?

Called me at 10:54 am, April 22nd. I generally do not pick up toll numbers and those I don't recognise anymore. Sure enough, no message was left. Hopefully the DNC registry will work. Ben only 12 days since I signed up...can't wait for the month to be over!

I just answered a call from this number and it is supposedly a sweepstakes that you are a finalist for.  They want you to buy one weekly magazine and get 5 monthly magazines for free and a watch.  They want a credit card, debit card, or check by phone.  I did not feel comfortable with the validity of the offer.
