I believe this number is****ociated with sum type of scam, Ericakristine1216 a friend of mine who I believe has been hacked or it's a bogus Instagram, messaged me on Instagram asking me to text this number +1 440-999-4945 So I Did thats when Janet Yellen text me back stating that she works for United States Government thru a Federal Grant Program. She then said I qualify for a grant after she got some info from me. Then she said I would receive my winnings tomorrow thru Fed Ex after I make a payment. Then she sent me this.
