Lowering car insurance, A room full of people on the background all making calls

Didn't leave a message. FYI this is a ***nd new cell phone and I have not shared the number with anyone.

They left a message on my voicemail, but there was about a full minute of background noise. Lots of people on phones. Some foreign languages. Then finally, the caller realized it had connected and terminated the call. Definitely sounded like a large telemarketing operation.

Left no message calls a lot

Wanted to talk to me about lowering car insurance. Had a foreign accent. The world would be better without these spammers.

Called several times in same morning, close together, never left a message

Call and leaves no message. Over and over a***n.. Probably a scam.
